WPC privacy and sun protection

The two privacy and sun protection profiles LINEAR and CONSTRUCTIVE combine design and function. As individual elements or facade-spanning constructions, our profiles contribute to the character of a building. They protect against sun, rain and prying eyes, and at the same time are used as a decorative element, thus creating new spaces. They can be used both horizontally and vertically.

The curtain hung slats can be used cleverly to cool the building, and are furthermore suitable as attractive cladding for facades, carports, and enclosures. Because of the increasing intensity and duration of sun radiation there is a higher demand for structural protection from the sun and permeating heat, especially in the summer months. Our light but stable 2-chamber profile LINEAR and the massive construction profile CONSTRUCTIVE are two structural privacy and sun protection slats.

The combination of various colour shades and lengths from 2 to 6 metres enable an individual application of sun protection modules, privacy protected areas, room dividers, facade claddings, or carports, just as you wish.

Our WPC is sustainable

For the production of our composite material we exclusively use residual fibres from the wood industry and use them to manufacture innovative and durable WPC privacy and sun protection profiles.

Our WPC is recyclable

We offer you a take-back option for our WPC products. After inspection, old material is returned to the production process and reprocessed.

»Constructive« is a privacy and sun protection profile that combines design and function. It is massive and has a weight of 4.6 kg per running metre with an even, unstamped and unbrushed surface. The combination of various colour shades and lengths from 2 to 6 metres enable an individual application of sun protection modules, privacy protected areas, room dividers, facade claddings, or carports, just as you wish.

2-chamber profile

»Linear«, our privacy and sun protection profile, is convincing with a natural planed look. With its two hollow chambers it is merely 1.25 kg per running metre. With the new privacy and sun protection profiles sun protected areas, room dividers, facade claddings, pergolas, roofs, as well as e.g., privacy protection fences can be created according to the needs and style of any building. Various colours and lengths from 2 to 6 metres are available.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

For the production of the profiles for our WPC privacy and sun protection, we exclusively use leftover fibres from the wood industry and use them to manufacture innovative and durable WPC sun protection profiles. With our tested and certified wood-based material (WPC), with a wood to polymer ratio of approx. 70 to 30 percent, you receive an optimally suitable composite material for your new privacy and sun protection. Like our WPC patio decks and WPC facades, the privacy and sun protection solutions also benefit from the material properties of the wood-plastic mixture. This material combination particularly benefits the sustainability of this contemporary material. The WPC sun protection is PEFC-certified and 100% recyclable. Our privacy and sun protection profiles are sustainable and durable. We offer products for DGNB-certified construction and provide information about our eco-balance by means of EPDs.

Topics such as climate protection and resource conservation have been at the top of our agenda for many years. For the production of our WPC privacy and sun protection, we only use wood fibres from domestic and sustainable forestry from PEFC-certified wood suppliers. The wood fibres are a by-product of the wood processing industry. This makes our WPC decking boards a climate-friendly building material that is also 100 percent recyclable. Because we offer you a take-back option for our WPC products. In this way, old material is returned to the production process and reprocessed after inspection.

Inspired by, and made for architects, our novel sun and privacy profiles are not only sustainable, but also permanently beautiful. Both profiles are made of our proven recyclable and easy-care natural fibre composite material, which consists of 70 % PEFC-certified residual fibres from the domestic wood industry and 30 % pure polymer. You can dispense with (pre-)treatment with varnish, pain or oil. This means significant time and cost savings for you – and also represents impact on the environment.
