Substructure rethought

The new WPC 2.0 base profile impresses with its optimized geometry, which enables efficient processing. The integrated aluminum profile reinforcement, which is easily inserted by hand, ensures stable load distribution and reliably compensates for localized loads.

The base profile is suitable not only for WPC decking, but also for wooden decking. Thanks to the practical click function, the WPC substructure can be quickly and easily mounted on height-adjustable decking feet.

Straight, durable, efficient

The WPC 2.0 base profile was developed specifically to meet customer requirements. Thanks to its optimized geometry, it can be processed more efficiently and, thanks to manual reinforcement, allows for the compensation of point loads – not only when using WPC but also with wooden decking.

  1. In combination with the profile amplifier, the installation of wooden floorboards is now also possible – including structural wood protection for a durable and stable substructure.

  2. The new recessed screw line and the reinforced wall in the profile ensure even more efficient and stable installation of WPC decking boards with clamps.

  3. The new aluminum profile amplifier extends the span from 60 cm to 100 cm and provides additional stability. It can be used both as a profile connector and for transverse bracing.

  4. The integrated channels in the profile amplifier enable precise head-side fastening of panels or end profiles, thus ensuring clean and stable installation.

By inserting the aluminum profile amplifier, the span can be increased from 60 cm to 100 cm. This reduces the number of required support points such as patio feet, thus lowering material and installation costs.

Multifunctional in every respect.

The WPC 2.0 base profile allows for concealed fastening with staples for a clean look. In combination with the profile amplifier, wooden planks can also be securely installed. The smaller contact surface also ensures structural wood protection, which is important for the durability of the planks.

Surfaces with higher localized loads can now be quickly and easily reinforced with the aluminum core. This allows for flexible on-site response to different load situations and targeted stability enhancement.

Installation accessories

  1. The WPC substructure impresses with its practical click function, which enables simple and stable installation on decking pedestals. Depending on the application, the system allows spans of up to 100 cm and provides a durable base for WPC decking.

    The WPC base profiles, which can be used on both sides, ensure maximum flexibility and a secure construction.

  2. The black stainless steel start and end clamps ensure secure and discreet attachment of the first and last WPC planks to the substructure. They offer a durable, rust-proof solution for stable installation.

  3. The mounting clamp set enables secure and stable attachment of WPC decking to the substructure. The black stainless steel clamps ensure an unobtrusive appearance and high weather resistance. The included bit and installation aid ensure precise and easy installation.

  4. The aluminum profile connector enables stable and flexible continuous installation of aluminum base profiles and the WPC substructure. The slotted holes ensure controlled material expansion, minimizing stress and ensuring a durable construction.

  5. The decking bracket made of reinforced PP fiberglass offers a versatile solution for decking construction. It is ideal for securing corner joints, cross bracing, cladding, or for concealed fastening of decking boards to the WPC substructure.

  6. The aluminum Mounting bracket with an oblong hole allows for a smooth attachment of the substructure to the substrate. Thanks to the slots, the material can expand flexibly, ensuring a durable and stable construction. The brackets are universally applicable for all substructures.

  7. The adapter for transverse bracing enables stable and efficient reinforcement of all NaturinForm substructures. The aluminum profile reinforcement is cut to the desired length and coupled and screwed together at both ends with an adapter.

    Ideal for reinforced substructureson roof terracesand other demanding applications. The adapter is also suitable for attaching fascia panels to the head end, creating a clean finishing solution.

  3. The WPC 2.0 base profileis a universal substructurefor both WPC and wood decking. Retailers benefit from a single system for all applications, reducing storagerequirements.

  4. With the same dimensions as the previous version,the WPC 2.0 base profilecan be easily combined with existing stock – for flexible and sustainable installation.
