Made in Germany stands for certified quality, the use of high-quality raw materials, and our production at our Redwitz an der Rodach site. From the first processing step to the finished product, we place the greatest emphasis on sustainability and an environmentally conscious product life cycle.

It's all in the mix!

For our wood composite material, we use only wood fibers made from 100% PEFC-certified woodfrom sustainable forestry. To optimize material properties such as weather resistance, scratch resistance, and formability, we combine these with an environmentally friendly, thermoplastic polymer– for durable, robust, and sustainable products.

Nature shaped

The high-density polymer and wood fibers are formed into a homogeneous mass under heat and pressure and extruded as a continuous strand. During this process, the moisture contained in the wood fibers is extracted, creating a particularly stable material structure. At the same time, the material is colored with natural pigments from a selection of over 30 long-lasting colors from the NaturinForm color spectrum.

Individually manufactured

To create a custom plank from a continuous strand of WPC, the material is pressed through a forming tool that imparts its strength, width, profile, and appearance. After the cooling phase, the surface is finished by brushing or embossing to give it a natural feel. Finally, the plank is cut to size – individually tailored to your project.

Short paths – long-lasting impact

Once the planks are finished, we pack them in reusable packagingand rely on the reuse of straps and pallets. Our shipping is strategically planned to maximize truck utilizationand make transportation as efficient as possible. Delivery to our customersis also optimized to avoid unnecessary travel and reduce CO₂ emissions.
