Horst Walther
Since 2011, our managing partner has led the company, originally founded in 2009. Since then, he has driven the company forward with passion and a spirit of innovation, exploiting the versatile possibilities of this sustainable wood composite material for outdoor use.
What drives you?
"From the very beginning, I was fascinated by the material WPC – the combination of wood and polymerand the versatile possibilities it offers. This enthusiasm led me to take over the company from insolvency in 2009. Today, I am proud that we have been able to successfully establish future-proof, sustainable productson the market.
But the full potential of our innovative wood composite materialis far from being exhausted – and that's precisely what drives me. We develop long-lasting solutions for patios, facades, soundproofing, and privacy screensthat will bring people joy for decades. Together with our business partners, we are constantly developing new products for outdoor use."
What are the biggest challenges in your work?
"Initially, the biggest challenge was getting the company back on track. After three years of hard work, we achieved profitability for the first time – thanks to my dedicated team.
Today, the focus is on continuous market observationand forward-looking, strategic actionto ensure long-term success. The increasing demands for sustainability, environmental protection, and climate protectionare changing the expectations of our customers and business partners – a development that we are not only following but actively shaping.
Our products are not only durable, but also fully recyclableand reusable. My goal is to further optimize the product life cycle, operate even more sustainably, and develop new products and areas of application. Remaining open to innovationis one of the most exciting challenges of my job."

Bernd Motschenbacher
Bernd Motschenbacher is a designer and a long-time employee at NaturinForm. He brings his passion for wood and his many years of experience to the table.
What drives you?
"The personal responsibility and varietyin my job, as well as the opportunity to directly combine theory and practice. The manufacturing toolsI design are our own and are used directly here in production.
I oversee the entire process – from the initial drawing in the technical office through final tool assembly, sampling, and optimization loopsto series production. This comprehensive responsibility allows me to fully utilize my over 30 years of professional experience.
Added to that is my passion for wood– both professionally and privately. I enjoy being outdoors, doing forestry work, and cutting my own firewood. That's why I particularly value our products: easy-care, durable, and sustainable. Once cleaned with a pressure washer, the planks stay like new for years – I swear by that at home, too. My own NaturinForm planks on the balcony are no longer in our product range, but they last and last and last...
What are the biggest challenges in your work?
“As a trained toolmaker and metal industrial master,my main area of responsibility is the design – especially of extrusion and injection molding tools.
I am responsible for many areas, manage projects, and am in charge of costing, organization, and purchasingsteel and accessories for tools, privacy screens, and materials for packaging and shipping.
This versatility requires a lot of coordination—but that's exactly what I value most about my job. Every day is different, and it's precisely this variety and responsibilitythat motivates me."
