From 17th till 22nd April NATURinFORM is presenting a selection of its current range of patio decks, façade claddings and noise and privacy shield fences at the BAU 2023 in Munich. As a trade fair innovation the company is presenting a sun and privacy protection profile that can be mounted structurally in the area of facades. NATURinFORM, the specialist for high quality wood composite materials ‘made in Germany’, offers sophisticated and economic solutions for façade design, garden, landscape and swimming pool construction, as well as for inner city design. On 48 sqm at this year’s construction trade fair an extensive offer of high-quality outdoor surfaces, countless service topics surrounding patio and façade construction such as live presentations by expert processor Michael Leitsch, as well as information on recycling and the recycling economy awaits the expert visitors.
Coming soon: Privacy and sun protection profiles
Inspired by modern architecture and the specific request by builders and architects, NATURinFORM has developed an innovative sun and privacy protection slat. Especially when durable, warm-shaded wooden looks are desired instead of plastic or metal profiles, the new sun and privacy shield strips ‘made in Germany’ should be used in future. Because in the light of increasingly intensive and longer sun radiation building families, as well as investors and people responsible for homes for the elderly or child-care centres, are looking for more structural sun and heat protection. The slats, which measure 70 by 40 millimetres, can be mounted both vertically or horizontally onto a frame, meaning that NATURinFORM can offer structural sun and privacy protection that can be mounted in the area of the façade. They are produced – as all quality products in NATURinFORM’s portfolio – in an extrusion procedure, after which the surfaces are sanded down very evenly. The profile strips, each consisting of two ‘chambers’, are already very robust thanks to their material structure, but can even be stabilized further using an individually combinable profile booster made of aluminium. For the market launch the colours oak amber and chestnut brown, as well as graphite grey are planned, but depending on the size of an order, all of the 32 colour shades will be possible as special colours. This means that sun protection profiles can be chosen to match all of NATURinFORM’s floorings or facades exactly.
This is new: Take-back system ‘Re-Form-Recycling Box’
Circular construction is one of the ways to help the building industry achieve the goals set for our climate targets in the future. It is important to re-use or recycle deconstructed building materials and resources consisting of construction material leftovers. To feed these leftover materials back into sensible utilisation, NATURinFORM introduced its ‘Re-Form-Recycling Box’ in November 2022. ‘Thereby offering our processing tradespeople and dealers a simple take-back system,’ reports Horst Walther, Managing Partner at NATURinFORM. This measure means that deconstructed material, as well as leftovers from processing decks, façade profiles and privacy shields from NATURinFORM’s product range, no longer end up in recycling centres, but are fed directly back into the production process. When the ‘Re-Form Box’, which is made available to the partners in trade and craft free of charge, is full, you can easily apply for it to be picked up carriage free by filling in a form online. In addition, for each correctly filled ‘Re-Form-Recycling Box’ the company will donate 5 Euros to a nature conservation project.
Here to stay: ‘Exclusive Line‘ – Facade and flooring identical in colour and surface
NATURinFORM keeps proving its reputation as innovation leader in the field of wood composite materials by constantly developing new surfaces and offering the most extensive range of products for outdoor areas. Its patio deck ‘Exclusive Line’ is an addition made by the company in the second half of 2022, complementing its offer by a new, attractive deck in four different widths: The 21-millimetre-thick deck is available as of immediately in 140, 162, 200 and 245 millimetres. With its matte surface, the fine, individual line structure and the narrow joints, laid without visible bracketing, it is equally suitable for all favourite spots: No matter whether for a small private retreat, or a large commercial patio, also roof gardens, communal sites, or restaurant areas, they all benefit from the elegant, stylish deck. The colour range offers mono- and polychromatic shades. From light grey to dark brown there is a colour option for every design and taste. Whoever is looking to create a closed unit with patio and façade can use the ‘Exclusive Line’ in combination with the rhombus strip ‘design’ – two products that perfectly suit each other in colour, surface, and even in shape and size.
Environmentally-friendly, from a safe origin and certified
NATURinFORM’s wood composite system is a material of wood and polymer, mixed at a ratio of ca. 70 to 30 percent. Only wooden fibres from German forests from PEFC certified suppliers, and an environmentally-friendly polymer (PE) are used. Horst Walther, founder and Manager guarantees:‘ We take greatest care where the materials that we use come from. Tropical wood is taboo for us! In our production, we only use domestic wood from sustainable, certified forestry. Not a single tree is cut down for our production. We use only chippings from leftover wood.” Feeling responsible for the employees, the Bavarian company produces 100 percent on site in Redwitz an der Rodach. The end products’ secured durability is an important contribution to preserving valuable resources, especially as all products can be taken back and recycled in the production process. Since November 2019, NATURinFORM has been producing climate-neutrally, to protect our climate and environment.
Quality oriented and durable
NATURinFORM products are quality products. They are characterised by their durability (Durability class 1) and their favourable life-cycle costs – no additional treatment is necessary with oils or other care/maintenance agents – thereby making them highly sustainable. The standardized material combination secures a consistent high quality for all products. Their robustness and low humidity absorption predestines the extruded precision profiles for demanding applications in outdoor areas. System profiles are on offer in countless shapes, measures, colours and surface structures, with a beautiful design that look and feel like wood.
There are environmental product declarations according to international standards available (EPDs) for all of NATURinFORM’s decks and façade profiles. All products are continuously monitored by quality controls and stress tests, to guarantee a constant perfect and first-class wood composite quality. The company provides a five-year guarantee on its products. The patio decks can be recycled 100 percent and can be returned to the plant in Bavarian Redwitz for recycling.
