The WPC specialist NATURinFORM has a new Managing Director: Pia Hobeck will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of the company, along with Horst Walther, starting 01 October 2024.
The WPC specialist NATURinFORM is reinforcing its executive management: From 01 October 2024, Pia Hobeck will take over the position of Managing Director and form a dual leadership team with company founder and Managing Partner Horst Walther (62). The 44-year-old International Cultural and Business Studies graduate will share the operational and administrative management with Horst Walther. This step marks the beginning of the generational change in the company, which also represents a crucial step towards company succession.
Pia Hobeck has been an integral part of the NATURinFORM team since 2014 and was most recently responsible for Marketing PR. With her extensive industry experience and special expertise in the wood-based materials industry, she brings in-depth specialist knowledge to her new role. She also enhanced her profile by obtaining a certification from the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council, thereby sending a strong signal in favour of sustainability, an essential element of the company.

Not only does she know the wood-based materials industry inside out, but she also has the specific skills needed to take NATURinFORM to the top of the WPC industry”, explains Horst Walther at the occasion of her appointment.
With Pia Hobeck as the new Managing Director, NATURinFORM positions itself for the future and continues to focus on sustainability, innovation, and teamwork to further consolidate its position as leading provider of WPC solutions. Pia Hobeck succeeds Cordula Nägele, who is taking on a new challenge after five years. “I would like to thank Cordula Nägele for the work she has done over the past few years,” said Horst Walther at the farewell ceremony.
