Plant operator extrusion technology (m/f/d)
full-time (40 hours) in a 3-shift system.
To manage our extrusion lines, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time (40-hour) plant operator at our production site in 96257 Redwitz ad Rodach. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art WPC extrusion lines. You will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality, recyclable products based on sustainable materials.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Operation and monitoring of extrusion lines according to established procedures and standards.
- Ensure that machines are properly set up and calibrated to ensure optimal production performance.
- Monitoring production processes to achieve quality, efficiency and production goals.
- Troubleshooting minor faults and technical issues during operations to minimize downtime.
- Carrying out regular maintenance work according to the maintenance plan to keep the equipment in good condition.
- Logging of production data, quality control parameters and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
- Work closely with the production and quality team to monitor and continuously improve product quality.
- Identification of opportunities for process optimization and increased efficiency

Your qualifications
- Completed technical training in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar.
- Experience in the operation and maintenance of extrusion systems, preferably in the field of WPC or plastics processing.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of extrusion technology and process management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to work in a production-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Team-oriented working style and good communication skills.
- Knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection.
