International Sales Manager France & Spain

NaturinForm is a successful German based company which produces and sells high quality decking, façade and other products for outdoor living.  

With over twenty-five years’ experience, we are one of Europe’s leading wood plastic composite manufacturers. We sell our products through the major timber and building product distributors. We are looking for someone to lead our sales in France & Spain, building on existing established customer relationships and developing new ones. 

Tasks and responsibilities

Your role is to enable our distributor customers to sell the NaturinForm range of high quality, sustainable, and made in Europe, composite products, by 

  • agreeing together with the customers’ category management the implementation of winning product and service concepts
  • making it easy for the customers’ branch personnel to grow sales by providing them with training, support, tools and clear processes
  • strengthening the existing customer relationships and winning new ones 

Specifically, this means  

  • managing the annual customer agreement negotiations covering product range, pricing, order processing, logistics, sales promotion actions and the needed data for the customer’s systems
  • forecasting sales turnover and volume, as well as sales promotion materials and actions
  • organizing and leading the product training and technical / commercial support for the customers’ branch and sales personnel, and other key stakeholders
  • ensuring that NaturinForm products are considered for relevant projects, and converting enquiries into orders
  • reporting back market intelligence concerning demand and publicly visible competitor activities
  • collaborating actively with your colleagues at NaturinForm to ensure continuous improvement of our products and services

Your qualifications

  • You are good with people
  • You are curious, energetic, persistent, structured, kind and focused
  • You are an effective communicator, and know how to negotiate
  • You are goal oriented
  • You can work at both a strategic and a hands-on detail level
  • You live in France, can speak French fluently and have good English or German language skills. The ability to speak Spanish will be considered as an advantage.
  • You are competent with MS Office tools and have a driving license
